DSC_0480Hi, my name is Erin White and I am currently on staff with Cru. After my life changed considerably in college, I decided to work with students in the campus ministry of Cru. I have worked on staff with Cru for over 25 years. Currently, I lead with my wonderful husband, Brian, at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. It is hard to believe we have been here for the last 16 years!

I also have four boys (yes, four), from ages 11 to 20.  I am pretty ordinary and normal, but life with four boys is not! A few facts: one spring we went to the emergency room three times in six weeks and I use to make 10 sandwiches a day for school lunches! I also spend more money on athletic shoes (cycling, cross country, running, basketball, football cleats, and rock climbing) than I would care to know.  On the homefront when I am not blogging, visiting the grocery store or doing laundry, I am probably watching or cheering on my boys in basketball, football, triathlon races or in rock climbing. However, there are times I read books, drink coffee on my back porch, ride my bike with my youngest son, or go on a date with my husband. I could tell you a lot more, but I will keep this short for now.

Why this blog? Maybe you are a little like me.  I want to see growth in my life. I want to see change. I want my life to make a difference. I am passionate about leading others to simple and lasting transformation. I love seeing lives change! I began this blog to give glimpses of what God is like for student women, staff and friends. Using writing, photos, hospitality, and other ideas for overflowing our life to others, I design my blog to be a resting place that gives small glimpses of God. I deeply believe that as we see God, we are changed- becoming more like Him. And, if we can give others “just a glimpse” of what He is like, they too will want more! So, this blog is really about giving glimpses. That’s all.
